- タイ国に於いて数多くの鉄鋼事業を手掛けた蔡錦松氏が、日本とタイ国との二国間で経済活動が活発になると考え、創業前より商取引を行っていた安井啓造氏と河本光章氏ら含め有志4名と共に神戸を拠点にして創業。
トタン屋根用亜鉛メッキ製造メーカーであるSangkasi Thai社へ原版供給や、釘用溶融錫メッキ製造メーカーThai Tinplate社へ日本から機械類および原材料の供給を始め、今日の礎となる。 - 1962年 4月

- Founded by Mr. Chamni Visapolboon, who was one of the most enthusiastic
entrepreneurs for the Thai steel industry, together with three of his respectful
Japanese partners including Mr. Keizo Yasui who had been trading with Mr.
Chamni before founding the company, and Mr. Kosho Komoto, as the business
activities between Japan and Thailand were expexted to bocome more active.
Appointed Mr. Keizo Yasui as the first Managing Director and started the business in Kobe supplying steel raw materials and machineries to the manufacturerer of galvanized steel sheets for zinc roof, Sangkasi Thai and the the manufacturer of hot-dip tin-coated mails, Thai Tinplate, which has become the basis of our current business. - 1962 April
- Joined as the member of The Kobe Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

- Invested in The Kobe Trade Cooperative Association.

- The Joint-Venture Agreement for Thai Tinplate was concluded by both the Japanese partners which are JFE Steel (former-Kawasaki Steel), JFE Trade (former-Kawasho), Mitsui and Itochu and the Thai partner, See Yong.

- Thai Tinplate started the operation of the first electrolytic tinplating
production line.
